How to Separate Full Names into Columns for Batch Search

It’s common to receive mailing lists spreadsheets where the format of the name column is a full name with first and last name together in one cell, e.g. [Thomas Smith]. Our Batch Search tool requires name to be broken up into two columns of First Name and Last Name.
